SOLO premiumline

AC wall boxes
All-inclusive wallbox simplifies installation and service

Up to 22 kW of charging power (AC)

The SOLO premiumline is particularly efficient both during installation and in long-term operation. This is because the SOLO premiumline focuses on a simple installation concept and high safety. The 3.5'' graphic display makes it ideal wherever you want to show the user more information on the charging process. The SOLO is available with a type 2 socket (22 kW) or optionally with a type 2 spiral cable (11 kW) and is very convenient to use.

The highest degree of safety combined with the lowest operating costs

The SOLO is the first wallbox to integrate all protective components in one housing. Both a type A residual current circuit breaker and type 1/2/3 or type 2/3 overvoltage protection in accordance with DIN EN 61643-11 are included in addition to the DC residual current detection installed as standard. This saves valuable installation time and costs as well as space in the electrical distribution board.

The integrated Service RCD is particularly innovative. This is a resettable residual current circuit breaker with a self-test function. If the RCD is triggered once by a vehicle, the next user can reset the Service RCD by pushing up the sliding cover. Good for the operator. And its self-test function allows the SOLO to trigger the RCD independently. The next time the sliding cover is pushed up, it is switched on again, which means that the prescribed RCD test is carried out automatically. The test interval can be configured by the CPO via Ducto and the desired test time is stored directly in Ducto when the charging station is configured. Simply documented in your backend and in Ducto - without manual entry.

Precise functionality – with any IT backend

The SOLO can be controlled from any IT backend and provides calibration law-compliant metering via SAM© module. SAM© technology enables the user to monitor and check consumption without being connected to the IT backend.

Load management already included

The SOLO offers a convenient load management feature: without additional hardware or software costs. Local load management brings advantages for locations with several wallboxes. Configuration is simple via the Ducto web interface and can be combined in a cluster with charging points from the DUO and DUO ims products. Even mixed AC and DC locations with additional CITO 500 and eTowers 200 can use Compleo's onboard load management. Simply divide a fixed power value evenly or according to defined priorities among the charging vehicles. This means charge point operators can avoid excessive grid expansion costs, prevent blackouts and set priorities.

Control ability according to German law

Our products can be controlled by grid operators and therefore comply in Germany with §14a EnWG. The charging point can be controlled either via Modbus or via OCPP Smart Charging using a suitable energy management system.

The SOLO can also be controlled via control contacts.

QR code display coming soon

The Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation , AFIR for short, demands from CPOs in the European Union to enable direct payment at all public charging points below 50 kW - for example via a "specific" QR code. This means that at least one individual code must be displayed for each charge point ID. Compleo clearly recommends showing the QR code on a display in accordance with the AFIR. This is particularly effective in preventing phishing attempts! The SOLO has a bright 3.5'' display for this purpose. The appropriate firmware for importing the QR codes via your backend will be available from 07/2024 - even for easy updates of already installed SOLOs.
